FY25 Professional Development Goals:
As part of our work with Achieving the Dream, the College set a student success priority goal to develop and implement a collegewide professional development structure for all employees. In this work, the College developed a professional development structure by appointing an Administrative Intern for Professional Development, incorporating professional development in the strategic directions, creating a professional learning advisory committee, and developing a number of professional development opportunities. In 2021-2022, the College prioritized this goal again with a key strategy and output being annual, collegewide professional development goals aligned to the College’s 2021-2025 strategic directions that could be applicable to 100% of employees.
