Campus Crime Statistics (Clery Annual Report)
Our job is to keep you safe while on campus. We are committed to providing you superior service and protection while at Delaware Tech.
In compliance with the requirements of the Clery Act, the Public Safety Department collects and compiles crime statistics which are disclosed to the public. Information is collected from sources on and off campus. This includes crimes reported directly to the Public Safety Department, reports of crimes made to those campus officials described below, and crimes reported to law enforcement agencies for publication on an annual basis.
A crime log is generated daily describing incidents reported to Public Safety at each campus. Information contained in the crime log is available upon request to the Department of Public Safety.
This information is required by law and is provided by the Office of Legal Affairs at the direction of the College's General Counsel.
